The serial number is a five digit alpha numeric.

From the home screen

Select the “Licence” Tab
Select the “Your Licence” Button
SoftLock Licences: From the top of the form select the last 5 digits of the long serial number (eg a9701); or

3. Dongle Licences: From the top of the form select the the 5 digit Number (eg 25999)

If you have a "Limited Demo Version" or "Time Limited Version" then you are not permitted in the Client Area
