Static and dynamic structural analysis and design of feature staircases using MasterFrame.
The staircase models have varying geometry and material usage and were built up from the combination of 1D line members and finite element surfaces.
All the staircases were checked for vibration due to human activity, in accordance with SCI P354 Design of Floors for Vibration: A New Approach using the MasterFrame: Dynamic Analysis module's Vibration design functionality.
