About the project
The Cookstown Credit Union is a 3-storey steel-braced frame building, carried out using one of our popular design suites, with design features and issues that many of our users deal with on a regular basis, such as
- Steel beams, columns and bracing with Precast concrete slabs (modelling and design)
- Steel connections throughout (both simple and moment)
- In-situ suspended floor slab (including temporary loading conditions)
- Piled foundations (with restricted boundary conditions)
- Concrete ground beams (including cantilevered ground beams)
- Masonry Wall Panels (with lateral wind loading)
